As this time my forecast for total rainfall from the remnants of Delta are much lower than most others, so stay tuned in case I have to change it.
As of now I think the impacts locally will be minimal except for any thunderstorm, most of us will get modest amounts of rain and no widespread strong winds are expected.
I DO NOT expect a washed-out weekend with non-stop rain. I expect there will be gaps in the showers when its not raining.
Weekend rain chances start going up Friday night and over the weekend the chances range from 50 to 80%, of course I am giving more info on-air and on our WSBRADIO dot com weather page as always.
But obviously I’ll make updates as necessary between now and Monday.
