Temperatures averaged below-normal in much of the country last month

I am expecting the weather pattern to continue to alternate between periods of below-normal and periods of above-normal temperatures into the first week or two of March before Spring can take control. No serious winter precip in sight TFN for now but something could always come along before that firm Spring pattern becomes established.
