Sneiderman's Widow and Suspect Talked Often

There are surprising new developments to report in a murder outside Dunwoody Prep.

Russell "Rusty" Sneiderman, a Harvard MBA and a budding entrepreneur, was killed November 18th in what experts say was a gangland-style murder moments after he dropped off his son at day care.

Dunwoody police later arrested Hemy Neuman, who worked with Sneiderman's wife, Andrea, as her supervisor at General Electric, and charged him with Rusty's murder.

Now, a search warrant obtained by Channel 2 Action News shows police believe Andrea Sneiderman and the man suspected of killing her husband were in constant contact by phone and email, both before the murder, and after.

The search warrant says police are looking for evidence that would, quote, "indicate planning, premeditation or collaboration to commit murder."

An attorney for the widow says she will continue to cooperate with investigators. Neuman's lawyer had no comment.
