Ga. Sec. of State: All polling problems resolved

As voters cast their ballots Tuesday morning, Sec. of State Brian Kemp is not anticipating any problems at the polls.

After thousands of voters in Cobb and Fulton Counties received either late or wrong voting cards thanks to a new computer system, he tells WSB’s Sandra Parrish all voters should now know where to cast their ballots.

“If people have questions… they can go to the Sec. of State’s website, check their information on the ‘my voter page’ to find out where they’re supposed to be voting,” says Kemp.

“That’s a big part of what we do throughout the year is make sure that we’re training election officials and the poll workers,” he says.

He says his office has been in close contact with election officials throughout the state to make sure all are prepared.
