Rush Limbaugh, the conservative media icon, has died Wednesday after a battle with cancer. He was 70 years old.
His family made the announcement on his Facebook page, calling him:

His wife penned the note, ending the statement speaking to his audience, “Rush’s love for our country, and for all of you, will live on eternally.”
Limbaugh announced in February 2020 that he had been diagnosed with advanced lung cancer. Limbaugh continued to host his show while undergoing treatment.
