Mars, which makes Snickers and Twix, will not sell chocolate bars with more than 250 calories by 2014. That will spell the end of the 540 calorie King-Size Snickers.
Mars also intends to reduce sodium levels in its products by 25 percent by 2015. The company says it is trying to do its part to help Americans snack responsibly.
