A search is underway at Yellowstone National Park for a missing Georgia man.
22-year-old Darien Latty of Demorest was tubing with a couple buddies along the Lamar River which joins the Yellowstone River. A park spokesman says the other two were able to get out near Tower Junction, but Latty was swept downstream without an inner tube or a life jacket.
Dozens of park employees along with dog teams and a helicopter are searching for Latty. The 2010 graduate of Habersham Central High School was working for a park concessionaire.
Floating the river is against park regulations, but Al Nash of Yellowstone Public Affairs says the focus right now is on finding the missing man.
