Violent Atlanta drug dealer sentenced to 23 years in federal prison

ATLANTA — A violent drug dealer is sentenced to 23 years in a federal lock-up.

47-year-old Royce Cobb, also known as Rapp, was found guilty of trafficking dangerous drugs for years including fentanyl, cocaine, and marijuana.

He was dealing drugs from a stash house in Atlanta.

According to the DEA in 2001, he was charged with aggravated assault and killed one of his drug customers.
