A Union City officer was patrolling near the I-85 north exit ramp at Flat Shoals Road early Sunday morning when he saw an idling car on the shoulder.
Inside the car, the bodies of two men. One of those men is identified as 33-year-old Quinones King of Montgomery Alabama. The Fulton Co. Medical Examiner's office says the second man has not yet been positively identified.
The woman found in the trunk is 32 year old Cheryl Colquitt-Thompson also from Montgomery Alabama. The ME's office will be completing autopsies on all three sometime today to determine causes of death.
Union City Police have asked the Georgia Bureau of Investigation for assistance in the investigation.
