A landlord faces charges beyond placing a camera inside a Marietta spa.
Court documents reveal a second camera hidden inside a fake smoke detector inside the bathroom of a spa in Acworth.
The landlord, Mark Allen Storch, faces unlawful surveillance charges. The registered sex offender was arrested and charged on Saturday.
A customer spotted a camera at the Marietta location in July while getting a body wax at the Salon Avenue Suites on Sandy Plains Road.
Storch previously pleaded guilty to charges concerning an attempted sexual assault on his girlfriend at the time.
