FLOWERY BRANCH, GA — A Norcross man is arrested in connection with a road rage shooting that occurred on I-985 in Flowery Branch.
Police say 23-year-old Ivan Hernandez was in a BMW when he threw something at the victim’s vehicle and then shot into the passenger-side door near Spout Springs Road.
He’s charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, and criminal damage to property.
He was booked into the Hall County Jail and is being held without bond.
