New study find nearly two-thirds of American workers struggles with their work schedules

A new study finds nearly two-thirds of American workers struggle with their work schedules.

Gallup’s new State of American Jobs study shows about 40% of workers say they have little to no control of what days or how many hours they work.

More than a quarter say they don’t know their schedule more than 2 weeks in advance.

This type of schedule volatility is more common among part-time workers and those without a college degree.
