Nearly two hundred new jobs are coming to metro Atlanta. AT&T plans to hire marketing managers, sales support representatives, U-verse technicians, retail sales consultants, engineers and several others, bringing a total of 175 jobs to the city.
While anyone can apply for the open positions at http://att.jobs/ AT&T is targeting military veterans.
Catherine Stengel is senior public relations consultant for AT&T and she says they are targeting veterans because "they understand teamwork , they understand loyalty, they are able to adapt and they bring significant technical capabilities as a result of their military training."
All of the new jobs are in metro Atlanta and are a result of the company expanding.
