(ATLANTA, Ga.) — Once again, no one won the latest Mega Millions jackpot in Tuesday’s drawing, which raises the jackpot of the next drawing to nearly $1 billion.
Tuesday night’s drawing was for a whopping $785 million and no one matched the all six winning numbers. The winning numbers were 25, 29, 33, 41, 44, and the Mega Ball number was 18.
The next drawing will have a jackpot of $940 million, which would be the fourth-largest jackpot win in Mega Millions history, according to lottery officials
You can watch the LIVE Mega Millions drawing every Tuesday and Friday night on Channel 2, right before WSB Tonight at 11 p.m.
The jackpot has been rolling over since it was last won on Oct. 14, when tickets sold in California and Florida shared a $502 million prize
Lottery officials say there have been 5 winning jackpots of $600 million or more since Mega Millions began in 2002. The largest Mega Millions jackpot was worth more than $1.5 billion, won in 2018, and a jackpot surpassing $1.3 billion was won in Illinois in July.
The largest U.S. lottery jackpot ever won was $2.04 billion in November. The winner bought the lucky Powerball ticket in Southern California.
