Man attacked by two dogs in Stone Mountain

STONE MOUNTAIN, GA — Police are investigating after a man was repeatedly bitten by two pit bulls in a Stone Mountain neighborhood.

Gwinnett County police say Raoul Jacques, the neighbor of the victim, saw the attack happening and ran outside with a shotgun.

Jacques was able to scare the pit bulls off. The victim was bitten in the head and leg during the attack, police said.

Animal welfare says the dogs have been seized since the incident.
