The president is landing at Dobbins Air Reserve Base then head to the Cobb Galleria Centre in Cobb County around 2 p.m.
The president will speak there about his plan to make sure African-Americans have equal opportunities to start businesses and earn money.
Emergency road work should start soon I-75/nb at Barrett Pkwy. and the lane closure will go into the night.
Motorists should get out on the road early and prepare to use their Peach Pass for the Express Lanes on I-75/nb later on.
