DEKALB COUNTY, GA — A 64-year-old man has been indicted in DeKalb County after allegedly running over his estranged wife with his truck and concealing her death.
According to the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office, Nelson Clements faces two counts of homicide by vehicle in connection with the death of 58-year-old Janice Frazier Clements.
Investigators say the incident happened in June as Clements was pulling his truck out of his estranged wife’s driveway.
Janice Frazier Clements reportedly grabbed onto the truck’s door handle before her husband accelerated, running her over.
A trial date has not yet been set.
