Georgia Tech pays tribute to 9/11 with American flag display and memorial

The GT Navy ROTC students and members of Kappa Alpha fraternity at Georgia Tech came together on the evening of September 9 to set up a 9/11 flag display to honor those who lost their lives in the September 11, 2001 attacks.

The group also set up a special sign for 1LT Tyler Brown, a former GT student body president & Purple Heart recipient who was KIA in Iraq 21 years ago this Sunday.

The flags will be there until September 14, so the public has a few days to come and pay their respects.
