The Georgia Bulldogs earned their second straight win of the season and their 33rd consecutive home victory at Sanford Stadium, defeating Austin Peay 28-6 after more than an hour-long rain delay.
Georgia Tech also cruised to a decisive 59-12 victory over Gardner-Webb in Atlanta.
Georgia State fell on the road to Memphis, 38-16, while Kennesaw State suffered a tough loss to Indiana, 56-9.
In Division II play, Clark Atlanta defeated Florida Memorial 17-12.
