Four indicted in crime ring targeting metro Atlanta retailers

COBB COUNTY, GA — Four people have been indicted in connection to a crime ring that targeted retailers in the metro Atlanta area.

Georgia’s Attorney General said from February 2024 through July of 2026, defendants are accused of stealing more than $23,000 worth of merchandise.

The defendants were accused of stealing perfume, cologne, clothing and other items from multiple stores in Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Fayette and Fulton counties.

According to officials, the stolen merchandise was later sold on Facebook.

The four defendants were charged with racketeering and theft.
