Federal judge orders mediation in dispute over Fulton County election office raid

FULTON COUNTY, GA — A federal judge is ordering Fulton County and the U.S. Department of Justice to go to mediation amid an ongoing legal dispute over the January raid of the county’s election office.

Fulton County is demanding that the federal government return all seized ballots.

A hearing that had been scheduled for Friday on the county’s motion has been canceled.

The judge has given both parties until March 18 to go through mediation.
