NEWTON COUNTY, GA — Three people have been arrested after Newton County deputies say they found several types of drugs and firearms while searching a home as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.
Newton County deputies and members of the sheriff’s office SWAT team executed a search warrant at a home on Salem Branch Road.
During the search, deputies say they found several firearms along with psilocybin mushrooms, fentanyl, LSD and methamphetamine. Authorities say the drugs were found in quantities consistent with trafficking.
Kenneth Ammons, 60, Mark Gagliano, 52, and Kelsey Gribbons, 33, were arrested in connection with the investigation.
All three are facing multiple charges and are currently being held behind bars.
