ATLANTA — Atlanta police are investigating a deadly shooting after officers were called to two different locations Sunday afternoon for reports involving the same victim.
Officers first responded to a report of a person shot along Cushman Circle near Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. When officers arrived, they were told a woman had taken the victim to the hospital.
About 15 minutes later, police received another report of a person shot at a different location. Officers found a man who had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators believe both calls were connected to the same victim.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting. No motive or arrests have been announced.
