Arrest made in deadly Masquerade concert shooting at Underground Atlanta

Atlanta police said they have arrested the shooter who killed two people at a concert in Underground Atlanta.

Jonathan Bautista was charged with two counts of murder after he was arrested Wednesday in Social Circle.

The victims were identified by family members as Ewell Ynoa, 21, and Giovanni Diaz, 22.

Two other people were injured in the shooting.

According to police, the two victims had become rowdy and climbed up onto the stage during the break before the main act performed. Another attendee, Bautista, was not happy about that and they started arguing, police said.

Bautista pulled out a pistol and shot the two victims and shot toward the ground, most likely hitting the additional victims, police said.
