UPDATE: 4-month old child missing in AMBER alert found safe

(MACON-BIBB COUNTY, Ga.) — UPDATE: The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has stated in a tweet that Malachi Walker was found safely. Investigators located the infant, teen suspect, and stolen vehicle together at a Days Inn by Wyndham off of I-75, about twenty minutes away from where abducted.

The 13-year-old alleged abductor has been arrested and charged with kidnapping and vehicular theft, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation announced an AMBER Alert at the request of Bibb County Police Department. Malachi Walker, a 4-month old Black male, was last seen with a white long-sleeve onesie with navy blue pants and a black jacket.

According to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, he was abducted on February 20 by Eternity Beamon-Allen, a 13-year old Black female, 5′3 and 150 pounds.

Malachi was believed to be in extreme danger.

Kevin Walker, Malachi’s 26-year-old father, reported that his car and four-month-old were stolen from a Publix parking lot at 5581 Thomaston Road in Macon.

The suspect and child were believed to be in a silver 2017 Honda Accord with tinted windows and plate number CSW5695. Its driver’s-side headlight is burnt out.
