The Johns Creek City Council has released an "interim" report by the investigator it hired look into claims of wrongdoing by Mayor Mike Bodiker.
The 28 page report says Bodker "accepted a benefit from a developer, and he had a conflict of interest when he voted on at least one rezoning matter for the developer."
The report was released just two week before voters go to the polls, and Bodker is up for reelection.
Bodker has denied any wrong doing, claiming the accusations are politically motivated.
"The report really lays it out the issues the council has been struggling with," councilwoman Karen Richardson told WSB.
"I think it is fair to question whether [Bodker] has the moral compass to lead our city," said Richardson.
