Get a tattoo, get a pay raise

If the company you work for offered you a pay raise to tattoo their logo on your body, would you do it?

Dozens of employees of a real estate firm in New York City have said yes, in return for a 15 percent raise for every sale they make.

The owner of Rapid Realty says he got the idea from an employee, who got a tattoo on his own. Owner Anthony Lolli liked it so much, he opened his wallet.

Emily Smith of CBS 2 in New York reports that employee Stephanie Barry got her "tat"  two weeks ago and therefore a permanent pay raise for every real estate transaction.

"I was like, why am I throwing my money away when I could give myself from a $25,000 to $40,000 for the same amount of work?" Barry told Smith.

According to Smith, the Rapid Realty tattoos, which can cost up to $300, are also paid for by the company owner.
