DECATUR, Ga. (AP) A DeKalb County prosecutor says a grand jury has issued an indictment against an Atlanta man charged with murder in a November shooting death outside a Dunwoody preschool.
District Attorney Robert James said Tuesday the grand jury indicted 48-year-old Hemy Zvi Neuman on malice murder and firearms charges Tuesday morning in the shooting death of Russell Sneiderman.
Sneiderman was shot to death on Nov. 18 just after he dropped off his 2-year-old son at the preschool. Neuman was the supervisor of the 36-year-old Sneiderman's wife, Andrea, in GE Energy's quality and engineering department.
James would not comment on the investigation, but said he was confident of the state's case.
He said if he had not been confident he would not have taken the case to the grand jury.
