LOGANVILLE, GA — A second teenager is arrested in connection with the killing of a 17-year-old from Loganville earlier this month in south Georgia.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says 17-year-old Terrance Green of Pooler, Georgia is charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, and armed robbery in the death of Antonio Thornton Jr.
A 16-year-old, Franklin James Jr., was also arrested earlier in connection with the murder. James Jr. is charged with felony murder and armed robbery. Officials say James Jr. is being charged as an adult.
Thornton was found shot to death outside of an apartment complex in Chatham County on December 14.
GBI officials say the body of Thornton will be taken to the GBI Crime Lab in Pooler, Georgia, for an autopsy.
