ATLANTA — An investigation is underway after police say a suspect is barricaded inside an apartment in downtown Atlanta on Thursday evening.
Blockades are in place around 110 Pine St. while officers attempt to negotiate with the suspect.
Authorities are urging people to avoid the area while the situation is ongoing.
No injuries have been reported at this time. It is unclear what led up to the situation.
