ATLANTA — A man was hospitalized after being shot multiple times in southwest Atlanta on Tuesday evening, Atlanta police say.
Officers responded to the 1800 block of Sylvan Road after reports of a shooting just after 8:15 p.m.
A 30-year-old man was found with gunshot wounds to his abdomen and arm. He was rushed to the hospital.
The identity of the victim was not released.
Police are investigating what led up to the shooting.
