November 12, businessman Terry Porter was gunned down in his front yard on South Gordon Street.
The murder remained a mystery to police, until now.
The U.S Marshals fugitive task forces have arrested Ladarius Hardy, prime suspect in the case, after locating him at the house of a female acquaintance in Conyers Tuesday. He was found hiding in a locked bedroom, armed with a pistol, when apprehended.
Hardy is wanted for several other carjacking and robberies in the Atlanta area.
