Mickey Guyton will be first Black woman to host ACM Awards

It’ll be history when the Academy of Country Music Awards gets going Sunday night. Mickey Guyton will serve as co-host with Keith Urban.

The 37-year-old Guyton will become the first Black woman to host the ACM’s.

People reports Guyton says, via NBC News, that “my hopes are to bring positive light and love and acceptance to this job.”
