Gwinnett County police have made an arrest in Tuesday's fatal shooting in Lilburn. Police have charged the unidentifed suspect with murder and aggravated assault.
Corporal Ed Ritter says a man and woman were shot at a duplex on 2010 Pucketts Drive. Both victims were transported to Gwinnett Medical Center in critical condition. The man later died as a result of the shooting. Ritter says the woman remains in critical condition.
"I cannot go into any details about how they knew them or the relationship, but it's speculated that they knew the shooter, " said Ritter.
Victim identification is being withheld at this time pending notification of next of kin.
