Apple rolls out new way to present ID at TSA

Apple introduces a new way to present your identification: Digital ID in Apple Wallet on your iPhone.

You’ll be able to use it at TSA checkpoints at more than 250 airports in the US.

Apple says you create the ID using your US passport, even if you do not have a Real ID-compliant driver’s license or state ID.

Still, it won’t replace a physical passport.

Georgia already accepts the use of ID in the Wallet app.
