The Supreme Court of the United States will hear oral arguments Tuesday starting at 10 a.m. ET regarding two cases challenging President Biden’s student loan debt forgiveness program.
The program remains on hold after a lower court blocked the plan last November.
Millions of qualifying student loan borrowers could see upwards of $20,000 of their student debt cancelled depending on the arguments.
