ATLANTA — Police have arrested a man accused of shooting and killing a woman on a busy Midtown Atlanta street.
The victim was identified Monday afternoon as Trinh Huynh, 40.
Officers said the gunman shot Huynh from behind at the intersection of Peachtree Place and Peachtree Road.
