ATLANTA — A boy was found dead in a neighborhood swimming pool in DeKalb County.

Authorities confirmed the 8-year-old boy was discovered at 750 North Indian Creek Dr., just hours after being reported missing.

It is unclear how long the boy had been in the pool.

His body has been taken to the DeKalb County Medical Examiner’s Office for examination. The boy’s identity has not been released.
