You’re waking up to more rain in Georgia Wednesday morning. But, the end is in sight.
More than two-and-a-half inches of rain has fallen at the Atlanta airport so far this week, which is almost what we get on average for the entire month of October.
95.5 WSB Meteorologist Christina Edwards says that scattered showers are expected through the day, but the chance of rain starts to go down Thursday and Friday.
Here’s what to know:
- The heaviest rain Tuesday will come later this afternoon and evening
- Flash Flood Watch in effect for parts of metro Atlanta until 2 a.m. Thursday.
- Chance for rain goes down Thursday and Friday
