Rain from Sally will increase this afternoon and evening

Heaviest amounts South and East of the perimeter

Plenty of dry areas to start the day but showers will increase slowly but steadily as the day goes on, heaviest Midnight tonight through 2pm Thursday.

My best estimate for 48-hour rainfall totals in the Metro ATLANTA area is 1-2 inches on average for the far NW suburbs and 2-4 inches on average elsewhere but with isolated totals of 6 inches or more possible.

WINDS out of the E/NE at 10-20 MPH with gusts to 33 MPH at times tonight and early tomorrow.

NOT expecting wind spread wind damage as these winds are not that high or unusual, but we could still see a tree fall and cause damage or a power outage.

FLASH FLOOD WATCH for the entire Metro ATLANTA area.

Not everyone will experience flooding.
