Dry weekend with cool wedge and low off the coast

Below normal temperatures until Monday

Breezy and a little chilly for your Saturday the first day of Spring but with cheerful blue skies.

The next rain chance comes from a low pressure frontal system approaching late Tuesday and moving through Wednesday into early Friday.

The system looks weak in our area in terms of instability and upper level dynamics so severe weather is not currently expected.

However, the rain totals could get heavy so we will monitor that in the days ahead if that signal continues.

Temperatures next week look within a few degrees either side of normal. Normal or average for this time of year is a high of 66 and a low of 45.
