Rodney Smith Jr. founded Raising Men Lawn Care Service to help those who needed it most, mowing tens of thousands of lawns himself, or by others who want to lend a hand to those who cannot do their own lawn work either due to physical or financial reasons, WHNT reported.

Still, he calls himself an American after completing high school and earning a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in social work at Alabama A&M University, according to his plea posted on Facebook.
