Gwyneth Paltrow shares COVID-19 side effects she’s been battling

Gwyneth Paltrow has shared the challenges she is facing after contracting COVID-19.

Paltrow said she was diagnosed early in the pandemic but didn’t give an exact date, Entertainment Tonight reported.

The A-list actress said on her wellness website Goop, that she is still battling fatigue and brain fog since recovering from the initial effects of COVID-19. She also said her doctor said she still has high levels of inflammation.

To combat the symptoms and to recover, Paltrow is following a fasting diet that also excludes sugar and alcohol. She’s also using dietary supplements with ingredients like vitamin D3 and zinc to help detoxify her system over the long haul.

She also has been working remotely and socially distancing, People magazine reported.
