Officers responding to the burglary complaint discovered that several bottles of alcohol had been taken from the residence while the homeowners were not on site. After reviewing surveillance video and taking witness statements, troopers found probable cause to charge Miller with felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling, Variety reported.

“The Flash” is currently slated for theatrical release on June 23, 2023.

According to the entertainment news site, troopers located Miller at around 11:23 p.m. EDT Sunday. He was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court on Sept. 26 for arraignment.

Earlier this year, Miller received a temporary harassment prevention order from a 12-year-old and a mother in Greenfield, Massachusetts, for alleged menacing. Also, the parents of 18-year-old Tokata Iron Eyes filed a protection order against Miller, accusing the “Fantastic Beasts” star of grooming and brainwashing their child, according to Deadline.

The embattled actor was also pinched twice while in Hawaii, with one of the two snafus involving a “dust-up at a karaoke bar,” the entertainment news site reported.

Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav reiterated last week that “The Flash” is still a go, saying, “We have seen ‘The Flash,’ ‘Black Adam’ and ‘Shazam 2.’ We are very excited about them. We’ve seen them. We think they are terrific, and we think we can make them even better,” Variety reported.
