The $10 founding father will be hitting the big screen, “Hamilton” creator Lin-Manuel Miranda has confirmed.

Miranda, who is in Park City, Utah, promoting three documentaries premiering at Sundance Film Festival, said Thomas Kail, the director of the "Hamilton" Broadway musical, filmed the original show with the original cast before they moved onto other projects, Variety reported.

Miranda says now that anyone who wants to, will be able to see the show with the original Broadway cast.

That means Miranda will be in full Alexander Hamilton mode, with Leslie Odom, Jr. playing Aaron Burr and Christopher Jackson portraying President George Washington.

Odom confirmed the recording in an interview last year, saying the show was filmed in 2016, Playbill reported.

"They shot a version of it on stage. So that will come out eventually, I know for sure. They brought in cameras, they got in tight, they got in close-up. I haven't seen it, but I've heard from people who have seen it that it's really well done, really beautifully done," Odom said, according to Playbill.

Miranda did not say when it will happen, but he did say, "We're just trying to find the right time to do it," Variety reported.

Before that happens, Miranda's first Tony-winning musical will be hitting movie theaters. "In the Heights" which focuses on the area of New York City called Washington Heights will be released this summer. Miranda originated the role, Usnavi on Broadway, but in the film, the lead is played by Anthony Ramos, who also starred as part of the original cast of "Hamilton," Variety reported.

Miranda plays Piraguero in the film.

"In the Heights" hits theaters on June 26.
