Channel 2′s Audrey Washington spoke with employees, who asked not to be identified.

The shooting started off as disagreement between the victim and his coworker, according to employees and authorities.

“There were a couple of guys fussing and one guy went back to his car to get a gun,” an employee said. “Came back to the building and started shooting.”

Police said the victim also may have fired back at the shooter before he left.

Washington tried to speak with a Downstream Logistics manager about the shooting. He asked Washington to leave and then he walked away.

She called the company headquarters in Alabama, but none of her messages were returned.

Meanwhile, the employees that Washington spoke with now feel uncomfortable at work.

“It’s bad and it’s not safe to come to work like that,” the employee said.
