First introduced in 2014, Cape Day is an annual tradition held in October that encourages the community to honor and celebrate the superhero patients battling illnesses and injuries at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Every day, patients overcome healthcare obstacles and face challenges that most of us could never imagine. We wear a cape on Friday, October 16th in honor of them.
You can join the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Community of Care with a gift in honor of the the 95.5 WSB Care-a-Thon. Your generosity will enable the Aflac Cancer & Blood Disorders Center at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta to offer the best services and most promising therapies because every child deserves a lifetime.
