ATLANTA — Police are investigating after a 33-year-old man was shot in southwest Atlanta late Sunday evening.

Officers responded to reports of a shooting near the 1900 block of Campbellton Road just before 11 p.m.

The victim was rushed to the hospital. The victim’s identity and current extent of his injury was not released.

Investigators say the shooting happened at a separate location.
