BANKS COUNTY, Ga. — Firefighters are working to learn what sparked a fire at a Motel 6 in Banks County.
The Banks County Sheriff’s Office said calls came in to 911 around 6:30 p.m. for smoke showing from the motel.
Video sent into Channel 2 Action News shows flames shooting from one end of the motel as firefighters worked to get the flames under control.

The motel is located along Highway 441 near Interstate 85 in Commerce, which is right near the Tanger Outlets.
The sheriff’s office said all of the people in the motel got out OK.
