20-year-old man injured in shooting, Atlanta police say

ATLANTA — Police are investigating after they say a 20-year-old man was injured in a shooting on Wednesday morning in southwest Atlanta.

Officers responded to the 2200 block of County Line Road after reports of a shooting around 10:40 a.m.

Upon arrival, the victim was found with a gunshot wound. The victim was rushed to the hospital. The current extent of the victim’s injury and identity is unknown.

Police are investigating what led up to the shooting.
